• Mr. Ajinkya Desai is a ME Chemical Engg. graduate from BITS Pilani. He is the Chief Executive Officer of our company. He leads the company by engaging with policy makers, customers and business partners and is also responsible for all engineering products, services, solutions and support offerings. Before the foundation of our company, he worked as a research associate at Evalueserve Pvt. Ltd. India, where he was responsible for IPR projects in the oil & gas industries. He has also worked at a Pune-based Tata Chemical Innovation center.
• Mr. Pranav Mahatme is a BE Mechanical Engg. graduate. He is our Chief Marketing Executive and is in charge of our inbound marketing & sales platform, which assists us in attracting visitors, converting leads and closing customers. He previously worked for a metal foundries material startup firm as a Marketing Manager.
• Mr. Niraj Powar has a degree of Environment Management Science. Niraj is in charge of leading HR priorities and establishing HR initiatives to assist our businesses around India. In this job, he is responsible for integrating the HR with business objectives, creating a culturally aligned and varied organization, talent development and management and implementing effective HR policies and processes across our workforce in India.
• Mr. Ashish Desai is a BE Production Engg., and Chief Project Engineer of our company. His specialties include project coordination, project erection, equipment installation, project commissioning and troubleshooting. Ashish has demonstrated his capabilities to lead in a variety of scenarios and has a long list of accomplishments, including the turnaround of chaotic and failing activities in the past.
• Mr. Janardan Badaskar is a BE Electrical Engg., and works as a Project Engineer in our company. In this position, his responsibilities include electric equipment installation, electric designs, plumbing project erection as well as troubleshooting.
• Mr. Vishal Bhaskar is a ME Chemical Engg., and works as one of our Project Engineers. In this job, he manages responsibilities like chemical equipment installation, chemical designs, plumbing project erection, and troubleshooting.
• Mrs. Vrushali Desai has completed B.Com and MBA in Finance. She is the finance and administrative head of our company. She supervises our finance functions like financial planning & bill processing in a prompt manner. She also collaborates directly with the CEO on business strategy and technology operations, ensuring our personnel has the systems and tools they require to carry out our mission effectively and efficiently. Formerly, Vrushali has worked as an Audit Analyst with Sakon (Gateway Internet Protocol Management Pvt. Ltd.).
